Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of https://freezoneking.ae and to services bought from Sky Palace Tourism, trading as Freezone King. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

Freezone King is a private business-setup consultancy. We are not a free zone authority or government body. Licences, visas and approvals are issued by the relevant authorities at their discretion.

2. Prices and information

Prices on this site are “from” prices in UAE Dirhams. Free zone and government fees can change without notice. Before your application is submitted, your advisor confirms the final scope and price. If the price you paid no longer covers the scope, we will contact you before proceeding; you can then pay the difference or cancel under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Orders and payment

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when we confirm payment by email. Package prices include VAT where it applies to our service fees.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Passports must be valid for at least six months; photos must be clear with a white background.
• Tell us about any previous UAE visa bans, absconding cases or legal issues that may affect approval.
• Carry on only the activities stated on your licence and comply with UAE law.

5. Approvals and timelines

Timelines are estimates. Authorities may request further documents, reject applications or change requirements. We are not liable for delays or decisions by authorities, banks or third parties.

6. Bank accounts

Bank account assistance means preparing your application and arranging introductions. Account approval is solely the bank's decision and is not guaranteed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
