Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sky Palace Tourism (“we”, “us”), trading as Freezone King, handles personal data when you use https://freezoneking.ae. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email (which we verify with a one-time code), mobile and WhatsApp numbers, nationality.
• Application details: business activities, proposed company names, number of shareholders and visas.
• Identity documents: passport copies and expiry dates, photos, UAE visa/Emirates ID copies, proof of address and other documents you upload.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive a payment reference and amount; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and advertising data: pages visited, device and browser data, and ad-click identifiers (such as Google's gclid) and campaign tags — only as allowed by your cookie choices.

2. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare quotes (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
• To apply for your licence, visas and related services with free zone and government authorities (performance of contract).
• To take payments, keep accounts and meet legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent, via the cookie banner).

3. Who we share it with

Only as needed: the free zone authority and UAE government bodies handling your application; banks you ask us to introduce you to; our service providers — Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database and private file storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Google, Meta and Microsoft (analytics and advertising, only with your consent). We do not sell your personal data.

4. How we protect your documents

Uploaded documents are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, stored in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible, and opened only by authorised staff through short-lived links. Copies are also emailed to our licensing inbox so our team can process your application.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Client files and identity documents: for as long as we provide services to your company and then for the period required by UAE law for business records, after which they are deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy of it. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Email info@skypalacetourism.com.
